This is the last of this version of the cookbooks, but don't you worry because we are coming out with a new version at the end of the year (an expanded version with thirty additional new recipes and hardcover too!)

This little cookbook has fun recipes to home cook for your dog. Sprinkled with little rescue stories throughout, the book has been a big hit by everyone who ordered one last time.

These make fun gifts and you can even get creative and buy some cookie cutters to wrap up for the dog lover in your life.

We didn't know what to expect after sending out the first edition of the cookbooks and we have been so touched by the response and emails from people loving it and wanting to place re-orders as gifts to their dog loving friends. Here is one review that really meant so much to us that we had to share it:

I have really enjoyed my original cookbook - in fact, I showed it to a dog-lover friend of mine and she had to have it RIGHT NOW so one of the next books is mine! I must tell you that your cookbook probably helped save my beloved 12 year old Cocker Spaniel's life! My husband and I have had two other Cockers before getting our amazing Lilly Belle and at one time or another they have needed to eat "homemade" food (i.e. chicken & rice) so it is not a new concept for me - just something I haven't considered lately. Lilly has had some GI issues these past 3-4 months and w/our vet's advice we switched her from Hill's i/d to i/d Lowfat and then z/d with progressively worsening results. I LOVE our vet (He's been our vet thru thick and thin for over 30 years!) but after receiving your cookbook and reading about the potential issues of dog food w/ corn and by-products in the first 5 ingredients, I finally insisted on making Lilly's food myself. She is loving her chicken, rice, carrot and peas mixture and all GI issues disappeared literally overnight! I don't know that I would have been so adamant about going the homemade route if it hadn't been for your great cookbook so I thank you for all your hard work putting it together! Carol from San Jose (dog mommy to Lilly Belle)
